SUPER Middleweight Charles Kakande, feels “Bullish” going into the explosive national super middleweight contest against Hamza Wandera at Sabrina’s Pub on Sunday. Wandera is US-based Kassim Ouma’s younger brother.

“I am not going to take this fight lying down. He should be ready for the heat this time,” Kakande warned Wandera. “The last time we fought he caught me off guard, but this time it will be ‘war’”.

The fight is like a grudge match after Wandera knocked out Kakande in their last outing.

“He will receive the same menu like he did the last time. I will knock him out and this time I want to do it early,” Wandera shot back.

Kakande goes into the fight with a 8-4-1 (4 KOs) record, while Wandera is 8-0-1 (7 KOS).

Power Horse, in conjunction with Big Strikers Promotions International, are sponsoring the fight to the tune of sh10m. They promised to sponsor a boxing talent out of the local promotion company’s stable.
