He has always had business acumen since his days as the marketing head honcho at Nile Breweries. Shortly after he quit Nile Breweries, Eddy Mugulusi, now utl’s Promotions Manager, opened up the strategically located Zebra Container, a video library-cum bar at National Theatre.

Now word from the grapevine is that Mugulusi has taken over the management of Pool Joint, a flourishing bar in Nakulabye, a Kampala suburb, and re-christened it Password Club. We don’t know how much money he put in but he has made radical changes with innovation like an East African Night that features Bebe Cool, Ssali and Jenkins Mukasa.
