WITH premature ejaculation, a man finishes or releases sperms quickly, leaving both partners frustrated.
It can occur because one is too excited, and it is common at the beginning of one’s sex life.
Anxiety and fear of failure can also cause it. The most common causes are psychological.
When premature ejaculation happens at the beginning of one’s sex life, one should not despair because he can learn to prolong sex with experience.
In case you are over-excited, wait for a while to regain your erection (‘second round’). A couple can also be taught the squeeze technique to be done just before the man ejaculates to delay it.
Doctors can give you drugs to help delay ejaculation and help with counselling.
