EDITOR—On Tuesday, I received a mail from a colleague in Kenya about money that had been sent to me. I went to Hydery Forex Bureau behind Pioneer mall on Johnstone Street to collect it.
I read through their memo on the walls spelling out the requirements one must fulfil in order to get the money.

However, when i reached the counter and presented my identity card from a reputable organisation I work with, the teller asked me for another identification! i insisted that i only had the identity card, which was in her hands.

She told me that i could not receive the money, because at Hydery one had to have an identity card, from a Government organisation, passport or voters card! However, among the requirements on their memo, it is only stated that one should have a valid identity card!

Hydery should style up and stop wasting customer’s time! Time is money and Hydery should not say the opposite of what they mean!
