The Corporate Diva is not afraid to make a fashion statement. She may have a list of what to wear and not to wear from her determined human resource manager, but this does not stop her….she makes the rules work for her and not the other way round…if trousers are forbidden then skirts it is with a lot of vavavoom! Trousers only teamed with jackets? That is not a problem! When you see her…you wanna be her!

Well unleash your inner office diva and make those rules work for you!!!

Hot in the boardroom
Today is the day you use all your skills to woo the new account. All the big guns are out…..all the boxes are ticked. You have crossed the ts and dotted your i’s….now its time you let your diva light shine and exuded the confidence you feel….all that remains is the outfit. Do you dare to be the diva?

Outfit:
A fitted jacket/shirt worn over a short pencil skirt accented with a narrow waist belt.

Tip:
A printed/embroidered fabric worn from head to toe creates the impression of height and is a great way to slim your look. This topped with a narrow waist belt makes your legs appear unbelievably longer than God actually made them! (Do not forget the heels to complete the look.)

Fabric Requirements:
For the diva, rich opulent fabrics like taffeta and silk are perfect. Embroidered linen mixes and suiting fabric are also okay.

Jacket: 1 ½ -2m of double width fabric. Skirt: 1-1 ½ m of double width fabric
