Great news on paediatric centre

EDITOR—I am very excited by the news that a new paediatric centre for HIV/AIDS patients has been opened at Mulago. Most of these poor children are infected either through their mothers or people who take care of them.
EDITOR—I am very excited by the news that a new paediatric centre for HIV/AIDS patients has been opened at Mulago. Most of these poor children are infected either through their mothers or people who take care of them.
On a few occasions, some unscrupulous people are to blame. These children suffer immensely and if not well taken care of die sooner than later. This new intervention is a welcome relief and we hope the next phase will be for adolescents and the elderly.
