The road is a disgrace!

Editor—It is really a shame for us to talk about the Uganda National Road Authority having billions of shillings and yet our roads remain in a deplorable state! The current condition of the Mbarara-Ntungamo road is a disgrace to the nation.

Where is the transport minister, John Nasasira? Is it because he does not use this road when he is going home? What about Janet Museveni who travels on this road very often when going to her constituency in Ruhaama?
What is going on? I am sure the President knows about the condition of this road. Why doesn’t he give instructions to have it rehabilitated? This a highway serves Uganda and neighbouring countries.
