IT has been a long hard road to matrimony but amiable Police spokesperson Simeo Nsubuga has persevered until he got his heart’s desire.

Remember when we told you about how his long time fiancée Sarah Nalubega had to take him to her senga’s home for kwanjula (introduction ceremony) because her father, Hajji Mohammed Yiga, did not approve her daughter marrying a non-muslim? Well, it looks like Nsubuga finally charmed his way into the hajji’s heart because today, he is taking Nalubega, with whom they have two children, to Rubaga Cathedral in Kampala, where the two lovebirds will finally exchange their marriage vows at 3:00pm.
The Couple will later host their guests to a reception at the CommonWealth Resort, Munyonyo. Needless to say, the function will attract several high fliers and security will be tight.
