Mandy said the programme would target students from Senior Three to Six and P7 leavers. Interested students will pay sh100,000 for the training.

During training, students will learn about manual labour, building self-esteem, interpersonal skills, handling family property, as well as entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

The course will also involve live debates and discussions, music, dance and drama and physical education.
