SIR — Unless there is careful monitoring of the ministry and officers responsible for Bonna bagaggawale, the project will fail miserably. This is because of the rampant greed, selfishness and corruption in the country.

It will be a pity to lose all money which would have helped in other fields such as construction of roads, paying civil servants better salaries and improving the health sector.
I call upon the authorities concerned to be more viglant about the matter or the country stands to lose billions!
