katakwi needs help from the minister

SIR — I would like to suggest to the micro-finance minister, Gen Caleb Akandwanaho, that the youth of Katakwi district who have just graduated from Makerere University are willing to contribute towards prosperity for all. But we have one major problem.<br>
SIR — I would like to suggest to the micro-finance minister, Gen Caleb Akandwanaho, that the youth of Katakwi district who have just graduated from Makerere University are willing to contribute towards prosperity for all. But we have one major problem.
There are no banks and micro-finance institutions in the district. I am a graduate in accounting and more than able to run a micro-finance institution to facilitate the programme in the district.
The youths in Katakwi lack capital to register a micro-finance institution. If the minister helps us establish one, we the graduate youths will in turn help our community.
With his help, I am capable of mobilising the youths. We want to get out of the camps and prosper like any other Ugandans protected by the constitution.
