SIR — Your Monday article by Caleb Bahikaho about the sh232m Water Project contained a serious mistake. You refer to the funders as the Australian Government whereas the actual funder is the Austrian Government. The programme is Southwestern Towns Water and Sanitation not Small Towns Water and Sanitation Programme.

These are two different organisations! Also in the article published on Tuesday it was reported that sh36b was given to Uganda by the European Union. The correct information is that sh36b is the total contribution from the European Union, the Austrian Government and the Government of Uganda.
