Savings campaign launched

THE Uganda Microfinance Limited has embarked on a nationwide sensitisation campaign aimed at encouraging customers to utilise the newly-launched savings account codenamed “From Earth to Sky.”

THE Uganda Microfinance Limited has embarked on a nationwide sensitisation campaign aimed at encouraging customers to utilise the newly-launched savings account codenamed “From Earth to Sky.”

The campaign also aims at acquainting the customers with the various products that the institution offers.

The institution offers savings, fixed deposits, loans and money transfer services.

Charles Nalyaali, the chief executive officer, explained that the “Earth to Sky” account launched over the weekend, aimed at encouraging the customers to adapt to the savings culture for personal growth.

“We are a strong and dynamic leader in the financial sector. “We are committed to providing quality financial services to entrepreneurs and low income earners throughout the country.

“The introduction of this new campaign is testimony to this,” Nalyaali said.
