THE 2007 Super League Champions Uganda Revenue Authority will be out to mark their crowning ceremony with victory over Police at Nakivubo today.

URA will be handed the league trophy immediately after the match.

Flamboyant URA coach Frank ‘Video’ Anyau wants the victory to spice up the party.

“Why should Police get points from the champion? We don’t want to be crowned as losers. It would be a shame. We must win.”
Anyau will unleash his star-studded squad that includes Richard Malinga, Noah ‘Babadi’ Kasule, Dan Wagaluka, Johnson Bagoole and Patrick Ochan. Anyau admitted that Police are difficult opponents.

“Police is good at holding possession. We have got to avoid making mistakes,” Anyau warned.

URA will be without first choice goalkeeper Mulindwa Muwonge who is in South Africa for professional trials. Ibrahim Mugisha regains his first team position.

Sam Timbe’s Police has gone for two seasons without silverware and will take solace in spoiling the champions’ party. If Police upset URA, they will dislodge KCC from third spot.
