A fisherman died after a crocodile mauled off his left arm recently.
The incident occurred near Kitamiro landing site on Buvuma Islands, Lake Victoria. Paul Ndawula, 30, died as he was being rushed to the nearby health centre.
The official in charge of the site, Julius Wasswa, said the deceased and two other survivors had gone fishing when they were attacked.
