KAMPALA-The youth have asked the Government to amend the National Youth Act. “We need to amend the Act to suit the multiparty system of governance so that the youth from different political parties are involved in the election process,†said the youth leader of the Forum of Democratic Change, Simon Lutarundwa. He was speaking during a public dialogue organised by the Uganda Youth Network at the Regency Hotel on Tuesday. The network’s chief, Isa Matovu, urged the youth to participate in developmental activities.
