GULU - The district Police commander, Yasin Ndimwibo, was among 10 radio listeners who on Sunday received Christmas promotion gifts from Choice FM, a private radio station. “Choice FM is happy to recognise Ndimwibo for his relentless efforts of maintaining law and order and promoting cordial and harmonious relationship between the Police and civilians,†said Arthur Owor, the programme manager.
