Do you know the reason why it is wrong for you to cross the road while running? It is because a road is a risky place. Motor vehicles and motorcycles moving at high speed use the road. You may knock yourself down accidentally in the middle of the road while running. Since the vehicles move at a high speed, they will run over you and kill you there and then. The rule for crossing the road is, look left, look right, look left again and if it is clear, cross quickly but do not run.
