ONE of Police FC’s key strikers, Mike Serumaga is in Sweden for professional soccer trials.

The sturdy Cranes hitman left the country on Monday night and highly placed information indicates that he is already at Helsingorgs, a first division Swedish side.

A source close to the player disclosed that his trials at the club will last two weeks and if he passes, negotiations with Police FC will determine his future.

Serumaga's move is being brokered by former Rwanda national team Amavubi (Wasps) coach - Roger Palmgren, himself, a Swedish national.

Serumaga caught Palmgren’s attention after his imposing display during Police’s pre-season tour of Rwanda, where they had two games against Rwanda giant clubs APR FC and Rayon Sport.
