Even MUK is a culprit!

SIR — I have read an article in the new vision entitled “Kyambogo, please be consistent”. This situation is not the preserve of Kyambogo University. Last year, the second year evening students at the School of Education at Makerere University actually began their lectures at 11:00am.

Currently, first year students begin at 2:00pm. It beats my understanding when a university advertises evening classes only to find it is actually afternoon or even morning! Evening as a minimum should be from at least 5:30pm.

This scenario is very common with the school of education, and to add insult to injury there is nobody to appeal to for redress!
