This was during a one-week music concert organised by CARAVAAN and Concerned Parents association (CPA), local NGOs.
CPA field officer Anthony Kerwegi said Pabbo, Paicho, Koch-Goma and Kaunda grounds camps in Gulu municipality benefitted.
