SIR — I wish to commend the Italian and French embassies for the work they are doing for the conservation and promotion of Uganda’s tourism sector.
SIR — I wish to commend the Italian and French embassies for the work they are doing for the conservation and promotion of Uganda’s tourism sector.
After promising to construct a meteorological centre for monitoring climatic changes on mount Rwenzori, the Italians have sponsored an exhibition for the people of the mountains at the Uganda Museum Independence pavilion.
The french, on the other hand, are also hosting the great apes exhibition. these exhibitions are not only educative but are some of the ways in which our tourism products can be promoted.
