<b>Dr.Obote top</b><br>ATHLETICS - Dr. Obote College (DOC) won the Erute Post Primary Athletics Championship with 108 points on Friday. Amuca Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) were second with 106 points and Comboni College finished third, scoring 85 and coming ahead of Displaced Secondary School Olaka.

Recee dates
RALLYING - FOREIGN drivers at the African Rally Championship in Zambia will recee on July 19 and 20. Riyaz Kurji will lead Uganda’s challenge in a Subaru N10 and will try to make up for a false start to the season. Meanwhile, the Jomayi sponsored rally is to be launched today at TLC Club.

Arua kids win
SOCCER - Abdul-Sala Musa and Boy Hamid scored as Arua beat visiting Nebbi Kids League team 2-0 last week. Arua district chairman Swadiq Angupale and FUFA official in charge of northern Uganda, Mike Letti, were the guests and presented prizes and trophies. The day also marked the Arua Kids League awards day.

Gulu is back
SOCCER - THE football league in Gulu has resumed after a one-year break with Parents FC, UPDF FC and UCRS FC qualifying for the zonal super mini-league in Apac.This year’s local league organised by Gulu FA chairman Parry Oketch, attracted a record 12 local clubs. The association has also been registered in Kampala by FUFA boss Lawrence Mulindwa.
