Road on course

KAMPALA - The Road agency formation unit (RAFU) has said the Northern by-pass will stay on course despite set-backs. “This is a very important project and it has to be finished before the commonwealth meeting next year. There might be some injunctions, but construction has to continue,” Dan Alinange, the RAFU spokesman, said recently.
