CONSTRUCTION of industrial structures at Namanve Industrial Park is to start in September next year, the finance minister, Dr. Ezra Suruma, has said.

CONSTRUCTION of industrial structures at Namanve Industrial Park is to start in September next year, the finance minister, Dr. Ezra Suruma, has said.
Appearing before Parliament’s finance committee, Suruma said, “All projects funded by donors have a tendency of delaying because of the processes involved. That is why we normally put in our own funds.
"But requests for proposals have been sent out to six shortlisted consultancy firms. By next year, construction will take off.â€
