THE Road Agency Formation Unit (RAFU) was the biggest contractor last financial year followed by National Housing and Construction Corporation (NHCC), a report from the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) has said.
PPDA’s Edgar Agaba said, “Most of the high value contracts were in consultancy and supply of medical equipment.â€
