SIR — I am happy about the peace talks going on in Juba. I predict peace will soon return to northern Uganda and business will sprout.

My heroes in the talks are Dr. Riek Machar and Dr. Rukahana Rugunda for the way they have handled sensitive issues unlike other politicians who become emotional.
