This is amusing. The man simply flew to London of his own free will and there is no reason why he shouldn’t transport his property home. While in England, he sought and got gainful employment and that is why he was able to buy the property he wants to ship home.
Surely he should have known that at the end of his sojourn he would need to transport his property to Uganda. It is clear he didn’t think about the cost! I advise him to sell some of the property or fundraise to ship his stuff home.
