KAMPALA-Uganda has become the first African country to host the Washington Group on Disability Statistics. It is a global group of experts from national statistics authorities who meet annually to address key problems in the disability statistical methods. The conference, which ended on Friday at hotel Africana attracted experts from all over the world.
