SIR — We have seen Mr Isaak Lumbuye’s remarks about the services at our Bwaise ATM.
SIR — We have seen Mr Isaak Lumbuye’s remarks about the services at our Bwaise ATM.
We thank him for his observations and wish to inform him that we have a dedicated team to ensure that all our AutoBank ATM machines are up and running despite the power challenges.
We are nevertheless looking into the matters he raised to ensure they do not recur at Bwaise or at any of our other ATM locations.
