THE Conservative Party president has appealed to the chief mediator in the ongoing peace talks to oppose the UPDF attacks on LRA rebels, reports Charles Ariko.

John Ken Lukyamuzi (above) on Thursday said the talks were about to collapse because of insincerity and double standards on the part of the government.

He said the talks would get international credibility if the UN, European Union, East African Community and the African Union are involved as observers.
He asked the Government to respect the agreements signed.
