The Inspector General of Government breached the Constitution when she made herself a tribunal and removed John Lukyamuzi from Parliament, the Constitutional Court heard yesterday. Muzamiru Kibeedi was submitting in a petition seeking to declare Lukyamuzi’s removal unconstitutional.

MKAMPALA: P challenge
