THE East African University Games Union executive has revealed that December 15, 2006 will be set aside for the Union’s general assembly with an elective agenda as the main theme of the assembly. Union general secretary Peninah Kabenge confirmed that the assembly will sit at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) in Rwanda.
