A chorus of hoarse voices chanting victory songs engulfed Jinja town as teachers, colleagues and parents of Kibwika, armed with tree branches, marched to the New Vision offices in Jinja.
Despite the chanting, Kibwika wore a somber face.
â€œWhile I thank God for helping me to pass the exams, I dont know whether I will manage to join senior five because my parents are too poor to raise the money for fees. I Donâ€™t know whether I will be able to get someone with a big heart,â€ he said. He was a bursary student from Senior One.
