A Graduated tax defaulter recently arrested a city council official without knowing who he was. On failing to extort a bribe from the official, he decided to deliver him to the nearest police post. It is at the police post that the council official identified himself and duly arrested his tormentor. He is yet to answer charges of tax evasion and impersonation before court.

Joseph, one of her customers, who had learnt about her tricks feigned drunkenness and ordered for waragi. Nakangu, thinking Joseph was drunk, served him with water. After tasting came blows over Nakangu.

It is now official. Guards are cowards. Or why else would a guard at the Kampala Post Office cry like a baby last week? When an idler resisted his orders to move away from his work station, challenging him to a physical confrontation instead, the guard yelled like a baby.
