HIGH court has accepted FUFA Ltd’s withdrawal of their application to sue government and National Council of Sports (NCS) for alleged interference in their duties.

HIGH court has accepted FUFA Ltd’s withdrawal of their application to sue government and National Council of Sports (NCS) for alleged interference in their duties.
Ousted FUFA president Denis Obua had applied to the High Court to be granted leave to sue. His lawyers filed a withdraw application which was granted by judge Remmie Kasule yesterday.
Obua earlier announced his resignation from FUFA.
