Sir—I am a resident of Kanyanya. We got connected to National Water and Sewerage Corporation in September last year. Since then we have got running water only 10 times.

I want to make an SOS to the company. A 20-litre jerrican now goes for sh200. Why did we pay a connection fee of sh58,000 only to keep buying water elsewhere?
