WEST Nilers should not trade their votes to the Movement in the next elections, the gender minister has warned.

Speaking at the St. Joseph’s day celebrations at Ombachi College in Arua district on Saturday, Zoe Bakoko Bakoru said the movement government had put in place infrastructure that voters had asked for in past elections.

Bakoko is also MP for Ayivu county in Arua district. The Bishop of Arua Diocese, Frederick Drandua and Toro Princess Elizabeth Bagaya attended the function.

“We have been trading our votes for roads and power. I hope in the next elections we are going to give the Movement our votes without trading them for anything. Otherwise, we shall not be principled people,” Bakoko said.
