The two-day tournament slated to attract several schools, tertiary institutions and clubs around the country is the second event on the netball local calendar after the Novices held at Nakivubo last weekend.

LIGHT middleweight pugilist Robert Kamya will be looking to rekindle himself when he returns to the ring today against Jamaican Anthony Osborne in Florida, USA. The 32-year-old Ugandan is coming off a defeat against Luis Hernandez in February. He will feature on the main card that will have three support fights. The former UPDF boxer is 12-4-0(4 KOs).

EXPRESS Football Club officials and fans thronged Mpugwe, Masaka for the burial of the club’s staunch soccer fan Teddy Nakafeero. A partisan fan of the Red Eagles Nakafeero, in her late 50s, passed away on Tuesday after being bed-ridden for sometime in Kampala and was laid to rest on Wednesday at her ancestral home.
