BIG Strikers-the promoters of this Sunday’s fight between Badru Lusambya (right) and Zambia’s Floyd Chongo have got a financial boost from Scandinavia Bus Express.
The travel company offered sh0.6m towards travel of the Zambian fighter’s entourage that arrived on Tuesday.
The April 17 fight is a build-up to Lusambya’s World Boxing Council International light middleweight fight in June.
Welterweight Mohammed “Dark Destroyer†Kayongo makes his debut against Jerome Elder at River Centre in Saint Paul, Minnesota on Saturday.
Meanwhile, light middleweight Robert “The Doctor†Kamya registered an unanimous eight round win over Jamaican Anthony Osbourne last Friday in Florida.
* AFRICAN Super Bantamweight champion Abdu “The Young Destroyer†Tebazalwa has entered new March WBC ratings.
Tebazalwa is 30th while Peter Okello is 29th in heavyweight division.
