“Mutale’s influence is over- exaggerated. He may cause us obstacles, but he will not succeed because an individual cannot be more powerful than the system,” Ofwono Opondo, Movement Secretariat spokesman arguing that Maj. Kakoza Mutale’s opposition to the Movement position of supporting the return to political parties would be handled.

This nonsense and abuse of office must stop,” state minister for lands Baguma Isoke taking a shot at Presidential Adviser Roland Kakooza Mutale’s intervention in land wrangles.

“I have asked that we should share with them their assessment because we are as competent as they are to assess our situation. some people are asking what qualifications they have to assess us politically,” foreign affairs minister Sam Kutesa on the donors.
