KASESE Woman MP Loyce Bwambale has challenged President Museveni to honour his 2001 pledge to ensure no taxes on sanitary ware.
She was on Friday presenting a paper on regional integration as a basis for resolving national strategic challenges at Mbarara catholic social centre.
