The long awaited South African music sensation, Dr. Victor, on Thursday arrived in the country amidst excitement from his fans.

He arrived aboard Kenyan airways with his Rasta rebels crew who included Winston Dlamini, George Longane and Petrus Williams. The group will perform today at Lugogo Cricket ground.

They were received by Uganda Breweries officials and later hosted to a party at Capital gardens.

Dr. Victor said he was happy to be back in Uganda and urged his fans to expect ‘fire works’.

The party was attended by local artistes, including Bebe Cool, Emperor Orlando and overzealous Capital FM fans.

When Dr. Victor stepped onto the podium, it was screams for the few that were invited. He simply waved to the crowd and did a jig of his song with Capital FM presenter Olanya Colombus.

That was it. So, when he turned to the gate, many followed.
