OMORO county MP Jacob Oulanyah has warned farmers against disunity, especially during the transition period, saying this would have an adverse effect on agriculture.

He was recently addressing youth farmers in Koro sub-county in Omoro County, where he donated seeds worth sh500,000 to the youth.

The seeds included those of onions, cabbages, okra, tomatoes, eggs plant, carrots and green pepper.

He said the political pluralism should not have any effect on agriculture.

Oulanyah advised the youth in war-ravaged areas to participate in farming. He warned them against alcohol, saying it has adverse effects on their health.
