GULU - Three people were seriously injured when an Isuzu tipper lorry, ran over a bodaboda cyclist carrying two women. The accident occurred on Friday at Airfield road near Gulu Central Police station. The Police identified the victims as Justine Opiyo, Grace Akello and Christine Candiru.
