Education shouldn’t confuse the public

SIR — The tug of war between Kampala International University and the Ministry of Education over the university’s licence has left many parents, guardians and students confused.

SIR — The tug of war between Kampala International University and the Ministry of Education over the university’s licence has left many parents, guardians and students confused.

For instance, Kampala International University, Western Campus offering health sciences courses was officially inaugurated by President Yoweri Museveni and cleared by the Ministry of Education and the Medical Association in September last year.

Sad enough the same ministry later announced in the media that the campus had not been cleared to teach health sciences courses.

I don’t see any justice here and I advise the Ministry of Education to stop confusing the public.
