EXPRESS secretary Kavuma Kabenge will not seek re-election at the club’s general assembly on December 4.
The soccer club’s assembly is set for Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku.
“I have served for long, it is time to let other people lead the club,†Kabenge said.
Kabenge, secretary for over five years, doubles up as an official of the FUFA Normalisation Committee.
The meeting, the first since 1998, will aim to restore order after the ‘resignation’ of chairman Godfrey Kirumira.
