POVERTY eradication is one of the main activities the NRM will vigorously embark on when elected back into power, the Vice-President, Prof Gilbert Bukenya, has said.
Speaking in Lubaga recently, Bukenya said the NRM would ensure economic prosperity and well being of the public.
He said President Yoweri Museveni and the Cabinet had registered tremendous achievements in the past years, adding that, “NRM should be elected back into office to finish its agenda especially on poverty eradication.â€
Bukenya cautioned the public against opportunists in the opposition who will take advantage especially of the poor people and hoodwink them.
“What hurts me most are our poor people because the opposition can easily deceive them,†he said.
