BINGO, a simple and exciting cards game was yesterday received overwhelmingly by Bukedde readers in Kampala.

BINGO, a simple and exciting cards game was yesterday received overwhelmingly by Bukedde readers in Kampala.
Lucky readers are set to win sh20m in the game that will last two months. The weekly prizes to be given out will carry sh2.5m each.
The New Vision circulation manager, Tom Wasswa, said the game caused a lot of excitement in Mengo, Bwaise, Ndeeba and Kibuye, all Kampala surburbs.
A snap check carried out yesterday revealed that their was a mad dash in the morning as readers jostled to get a copy of Bukedde, which carried the cards for the eight games.
Januariyo Turinawe, a vendor working on Kampala Road said the cards had prompted people to buy more copies of Bukedde.
Bukedde will publish winning numbers everyday.
A reader is expected to cross out numbers that correspond with the ones on the card.
One becomes a winner when all the numbers he crossed tallied with those Bukedde published in that particular week.
