The creative director of the Watoto Child Ministry Choir, Timothy Skinner, has assured the public that education of the 1,200 orphans in the group was paramount.
Skinner said although the children could miss a year making concerts overseas, “the experience and exposure they get during that period moulds them into disciplined and intelligent children that will become good future leaders.â€
He was recently reacting to reports that the children were missing classes while on overseas trips.
